Hey Hey.

So things are going pretty good for me here lately. I am suposed to start my new job next week, I am a little nervous about it, but I am sure I will be fine. I am planning on going to Thailand next month so that will be a well needing getaway. I am very very excited about that! All I plan to do is eat and eat and swim, sight see, and most importantly spend time with my amazing husband. This is a short short post but at least its a post. Enjoy.

Just Thoughts.

So I have just been thinking. After reading my best friends post about the military. I have to completely agree with her. I mean being a Navy wife is soo hard esp when they are forward deployed. Having them gone for almost 10 months out of 1 year for 3-4 years straight or even longer if you continue to stay, to me is soo hard. I mean when I married Billy I knew what I was getting myself into. But you never really know till you have lived it. People tell me o itll go by fast or youll be ok. And all I can say is unless you are experiencing it yourself, you have no idea. Dont get me wrong I love that my husband is in the Navy and providing for his family. He a real man.Making sure ends are met. Not only that but being here I have met some of the most amazing ppl in my life. Denise and her family, and last my not least Elizabeth and Emilio, Emilito, and Little Baby Gavin. These ppl have made such a huge impact on my life I know that I will have them in my life for as long as I live. I dont know exactly what made me write all this its just something that I was thinking about. I am soo grateful to have the things that I have and to of seen that beautiful places and things that I have. And I can only hope that as we continue to be a Navy family that I get to see soo much more. Thats all for now. Byes :)

Snow Day Number 1.

Hey Everyone so today my husband and I woke up to a gorgeous day! It was totally white outside. This is the first major snowing we have had here in Sasebo since I got here in 2006 that has stuck. We decided to venture out to main base today not knowing how bad the roads where. The drive from Hario to Main base is usually about 25-30 minutes, not today. It took us 2 and a half hours to get there. But it was deff a gorgeous drive. As of right now at 1230 am on Sat night it is still snowing like crazy outside. So when I wake up tomorrow I will take Day 2 photos. Some of these where taken outside my house, Lizs house, and on our way to Main base. So Enjoy!!

He has duty today which stinks after him being here for a straight 3 weeks on leave I have gotten sooo used to him being here. But its one day, and he should have off tomorrow, so I will live. He got up around 6 and left and right after that I got up. I was so ready to sleep when he was laying with me but.. after he got up I couldnt go back to sleep. So now I am on here and figure here in a little while I will do some laundry and pick up the house. Not much else to do, lol. What an exciting life I live. Anyways whoever reads this keeps your fingers crossed that we get our orders. Anyways. I am off here to finish this movie and eat some breakfast. Byes.

Hello 2009!

Hey Hey

So its been forever since I wrote on here. I have been soo busy, Billy got home a few weeks ago and went straight on leave, then we had a great Christmas. We spent Christmas at one of Billys friends eating good food, playing games and just hanging out. It was alot of fun. Then on New Years we went to Denise and Toms, drank, played games and watched the most beautiful firework display at 12 am. I did get my amazing New Years kiss. I cant believe 2008 is over. Alot happened but I am ready to start the new year. This year will bring us to a new home and new way of life. It will be the year we say goodbye to Sasebo. I am excited yet a little scared not knowing. Hopefully we get our orders for Va. That would be perfect! So here is my short but sweet update. I am going to go enjoy my hubby. Happy New Year!!
